TIDA Policy

Effective Date: May 20, 2026

This policy defines S.V.E.R's TIDA commitments: Transparency, Integrity, Data, and Accountability. It explains how we design, operate, and govern core platform systems for creators, viewers, and partners.

1. Scope

This policy applies to public platform behavior, trust and safety operations, discovery systems, monetization surfaces, and user data handling across S.V.E.R services.

2. Transparency

We commit to clear communication about:

  • Material platform policy updates that affect user rights or obligations
  • High-level discovery and recommendation behavior, including ranking principles
  • Monetization terms, payout timelines, and fee structures
  • Material trust and safety program changes

We publish operational context and program updates through public documentation, including our Transparency and Trust Center pages.

3. Integrity

We maintain operational integrity by:

  • Applying policies consistently across users, content, and monetized surfaces
  • Restricting abuse, fraud, manipulation, and coordinated inauthentic behavior
  • Maintaining separation between policy enforcement and commercial pressure
  • Logging and reviewing critical moderation and security actions

S.V.E.R does not sell guaranteed ranking slots inside core recommendation systems.

4. Data

Our data practices follow privacy and security-by-design principles:

  • Data minimization and purpose limitation
  • Least-privilege access controls and role-based system permissions
  • Encryption in transit and secure storage controls where applicable
  • Retention aligned to operational need, user rights, and legal requirements

Detailed handling rules are defined in the Privacy Policy.

5. Accountability

We maintain accountability through:

  • Documented ownership for trust, safety, and platform integrity controls
  • Review workflows for significant moderation and enforcement outcomes
  • Appeal pathways for users affected by enforcement actions
  • Continuous policy review and corrective actions when gaps are identified

If you believe we failed to meet this policy, contact us through Support or by email.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in corrective actions across systems, operations, or accounts. Enforcement outcomes are determined by risk severity, user safety impact, repeated behavior, and legal obligations.

7. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy as platform features, legal requirements, and risk conditions evolve. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
