Payment and Billing

• Subscription and purchase history
• Valor currency balance and transactions

Note: We do not store credit card numbers or banking details. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

• VODs: Retained according to your streamer tier (7-90 days depending on tier)
• Chat Messages: Retained for moderation and replay purposes; may be deleted upon request
• Payment Records: Retained as required by law (typically 7 years for tax purposes)
• Error Logs: Automatically purged after 90 days

5. Cookies and Sessions

We use cookies and similar technologies for:
