Creator payout eligibility

  • Creators must complete Stripe Connect onboarding before payout requests are available.
  • Payout requests must satisfy the configured minimum withdrawal threshold.
  • Payout availability depends on cleared balances and settlement windows.

Settlement timing

  • Subscription, tip, and ad-revenue shares are credited according to the active split policy.
  • Merchandise profit stays pending until the post-shipment hold window clears.
  • Pending balances move to available balances only after settlement conditions are met.

Refunds and reversals

  • Platform refund and webhook replay handling is idempotent to avoid duplicate debits or credits.
  • If a payment fails or is reversed, related creator settlement entries may be reversed once.
  • Fraud signals or disputed payments can pause payout availability while review is in progress.

Chargebacks and disputes

  • Chargebacks are reviewed with processor evidence and internal transaction logs.
  • Accounts involved in repeated abuse may face payout holds or account enforcement.
  • Confirmed fraud can result in balance adjustments, payout forfeiture, or account termination.
